San Juan Bautista, Calif.-based Earthbound Farm is launching additions to its popular cut vegetable line, said Jessica Harris, product manager for organics.
During the first quarter of 2021, Earthbound Farm will launch its Sweet & Crisp lineup of ready-to-eat washed leaves, she said.
“This product line will include Organic Romaine Leaves, Organic Butter Leaves and Organic Little Gems and will nicely complement our organic baby leaf set by providing new taste and texture profiles for consumers, while catering to additional consumption occasions,” she said.
The company also will expand its organic bagged offerings with the addition of 10-ounce Earthbound Farm Shredded Kale and 5-ounce Earthbound Farm Sweet Butter Blend, a mixture of full-size chopped butter and smaller tender leaf red butter.
