Morning Kiss Organic says it has added five varieties of organic squash as well as organic Brussels sprouts to its lineup.

The new squash varieties include organic butternut, acorn, spaghetti, buttercup and delicata squash, according to a news release. The organic brand said it also added organic Brussels sprouts to its offerings, which are rich in vitamins C and K, folate and fiber.

Morning Kiss Organic said retailers can play up the health benefits of both squash and Brussels sprouts this fall, as both are packed with antioxidants, vitamins and essential minerals and can serve as sides or the main course in a plant-based diet. The brand said it expects an excellent crop from its East Coast suppliers.

“Squash varieties like butternut, acorn and spaghetti, along with our organic Brussels sprouts, are quintessential to fall dining, and we are thrilled to offer consumers these organic options,” Mike Guptill of Morning Kiss Organic said in the release.
