Organically Grown Co. hires Jan McCaffrey as VP of people

Jan McCaffrey has been hired as vice president of people at Organically Grown Co., Portland, Ore.

Jan McCaffrey has been hired as vice president of people at Organically Grown Co., Portland, Ore.

McCaffrey most recently was director of human resources for David Evans & Associates, a global civil engineering company. Before that, she was senior human resources manager for Conway/XPO Logistics, according to a news release.

She has also worked in human resources at Adidas and owned her own business and worked on policy development and advocacy, working on behalf of the Family Medical Leave Act, according to the release.

“In a day and age where business growth is directly tied to having the right supportive and innovative people practices, Jan’s experience will be instrumental in OGC’s continued leadership for the organic trade,” Elizabeth Nardi, CEO of Organically Grown Co., said in the release.
