HOLLYWOOD, Fla. — GOPEX 2024 kicked off Jan. 22 with a poolside gathering at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, followed by dinner and drinks aboard a luxury yacht on Fort Lauderdale’s intracoastal waterway.

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. — High winds kept the evening yacht party at GOPEX 2024 dockside, but spirits were high on deck, where exhibitors, attendees and The Packer team mixed and mingled, Jan. 22.

Dennis Payne of The Fresh Market and Jason Laffer of Terra Fresh Organics/Frutura chatted during the evening event sponsored by CMI Orchards, IMOK Global LLC, John Green Logistics, Mariani Nut Co. and Trinity Fruit.

Jon Kiley and Vinnie Lopes were all smiles as they gave out Envy apple swag to produce partygoers.

The colorful appetizer spread on the GOPEX yacht included large and flavorful Envy apples.

Held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, GOPEX 2024: Where fresh produce and conscious meet, kicked off earlier in the day with another networking opportunity at a poolside gathering complete with cabanas and lush palm trees.

Stephen King of Weaver Street Market Co-op stopped for a chat with The Packer outside one of the party’s three cabanas.
