RLS adds Gress Refrigerated to network

RLS Logistics, Mt. Laurel, N.J., has added Gress Refrigerated Services & Logistics, Scranton, Pa., to its network of Partnering Regional Operators and member of the RLS network of cold chain solutions providers.

RLS Logistics, Mt. Laurel, N.J., has added Gress Refrigerated Services & Logistics, Scranton, Pa., to its network of Partnering Regional Operators and member of the RLS network of cold chain solutions providers.

Like RLS Logistics, Gress is a third-generation company. It offers multiple facility locations in the area, multiple temperature zones, asset-based transportation services and other value-added services, according to a news release.

Gress adds 365,000 square feet of temperature-controlled warehousing, with a capacity of 38,600 pallet positions, according to the release.

“Gress’ success demonstrates its commitment to maintaining long-standing relationships with its customers,” Tony Leo, CEO of RLS Warehousing Group, said in the release. “This makes them an ideal complement to our network of top regional family-run cold storage providers.”

RLS is building a network of family-owned cold storage providers to provide an alternative to national conglomerates, according to the release.
