Bonduelle Fresh Americas hires general counsel

Bonduelle Fresh Americas, formerly Ready Pac Foods, has hired Monica Johnson as general counsel to its executive committee.

Bonduelle Fresh Americas, formerly Ready Pac Foods, has hired Monica Johnson as general counsel to its executive committee.

Johnson is responsible for providing legal advice to the company, and representing it in all legal, regulatory and government matters affecting the business, according to a news release. She has represented companies in industries that include foodservice, technology, manufacturing and supply chain/logistics.

Before joining Bonduelle, she was assistant general counsel and assistant corporate secretary for Ventura Foods LLC, a manufacturer of branded and private-label foods that include dressings, sauces and oils., according to the release.

Bonduelle Fresh Americas, Irwindale, Calif., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bonduelle.
