Former National Football League player Hines Ward will be the keynote speaker at The Fresh Produce & Floral Council’s Expo.
The Pittsburgh Steeler wide receiver is scheduled to speak at the FPFC’s Expo July 16, at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, Calif.
After a record-setting career at the University of Georgia, Ward played for the Steelers for 13 seasons, setting team records for receiving yards and receiving touchdowns, according to a news release. He was named most valuable player of Super Bowl XL, against the Seattle Seahawks.
He also took top honors during season 12 of “Dancing with the Stars.”
