Meggie Gilbert Joins Valent U.S.A.’s Sustainable Solutions Team

In her new role, Gilbert will support customer success through close collaboration and technical insight on the West Coast.

On Jan. 20, Valent U.S.A. announced Meggie Gilbert joined the company as sustainable solutions account manager of strategic farms. In her new role, Gilbert will work alongside sustainable solutions sales specialists and territory account managers to support customer success through close collaboration, technical insight and a commitment to helping partners succeed season after season.

The company says Gilbert joined at a pivotal time as it continues expanding its sustainable solutions portfolio.

“Meggie brings deep industry experience and a strong track record of supporting growers across complex operations,” says Tiffany Dean, vice president of sustainable solutions. “We’re thrilled to welcome her to our Sustainable Solutions team as we continue expanding our leadership in biorational and botanical solutions that help growers achieve their sustainability goals.”

Gilbert is based in Clovis, Calif., and brings more than 14 years of agricultural experience across the crop protection and fertilizer industries, including roles in sales and business development. Most recently, she served as an area manager for BASF Nunhems, leading the company’s vegetable seed business on the West Coast.

Gilbert holds a bachelor’s degree in agriculture business and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
