New Blueberry Board Members Revealed

Anna Jesse, Manolo Reyes and Chad Hansen join the North American Blueberry Council’s board, with terms beginning Jan. 1, 2026.

The North American Blueberry Council recently released the results of its board of directors election. New to the board, beginning their terms on Jan. 1, 2026, will be (tiled images, left to right) Anna Jesse, Manolo Reyes, and Chad Hansen. Itai Kanot (right) was appointed as a non-voting member.

The North American Blueberry Council released the results of its recent board of directors election on Dec. 1. Terms for newly elected, returning, reappointed and newly appointed board members begin Jan. 1, 2026.

Newly elected to the board are:

  • Anna Jesse, U.S. North American Grower
  • Manolo Reyes, Mexican North American Grower
  • Chad Hansen, North American Distributor

Elected to return to the board for another three-year term is:

  • Bo Slack, North American Distributor

Nonvoting members reappointed to the board by Chair Teddy Koukoulis are:

  • Gonzalo Canessa, International Grower
  • Harold Mongrut, International Distributor

Non-voting member newly appointed to the board by Chair Teddy Koukoulis:

  • Itai Kanot, Supplier Member

The NABC board is charged with addressing issues, opportunities and industry practices to drive success and profitability in the production and distribution of blueberries in North America and around the world.
