Kingsville, Ontario, Canada-based grower DelFrescoPure plans to debut its Original Cherry Tomatoes on the Vine at the Southeast Produce Council’s Southern Exposure event, set for March 7-9 in Tampa, Fla.

DelFrescoPure said in a news release that the bright red tomatoes feature vibrant aromas, a punch of flavor and freshness.

The greenhouse grower said its Original Tomatoes on the Vine will be available in a 12-ounce clamshell, set to hit grocery shelves in April 2024.

DelFrescoPure said it will also display its other greenhouse-grown offerings, including mini cucumbers — now available year-round — at its Southern Exposure booth, No. 444.

“It is important to be at the Southeast Produce Council show because it allows us a chance to connect with our customers and showcase our premium greenhouse-grown produce,” Ray Mastronardi, vice president of sales, said in the release. “It also allows us to interact with those that aren’t familiar with the DelFrescoPure brand and educate them on our process, introduce them to our produce and have them sample our commodities.”
