Oxnard, Calif.-based Boskovich Farms has plenty to talk about this year at the International Fresh Produce Association’s Global Produce & Floral Show, set for Oct. 19-21 in Anaheim, Calif.

Exhibiting in booth No. 3373 at the IFPA show, the family-owned and -operated company grows more than 30 different year-round vegetable crops on 18,000 acres in California, Arizona and Mexico, according to the company on the IFPA show website. Boskovich Farms offers a variety of conventional and organic fresh produce.

In addition, the company says its processing division, Fresh Prep, provides a diverse line of retail and foodservice items.

In 2022, Boskovich Fresh Food Group Inc. launched Green Fork, an inventive, fresh new line of salad kits, tender leaves, salad blends and packaged veggies; and Fair Earth Farms, an innovative, sustainable new line of organic salad kits and salad blends packaged in plant-based, fully compostable bags, according to the company.

“Fair Earth Farms is the next chapter for the company focusing on fresh produce coupled with a renewed commitment to sustainable innovation within the category,” the company said on the IFPA website.
