Gotham Greens will be a first-time exhibitor to Southeast Produce Council’s Southern Exposure, set for March 6-8 in Orlando, Fla.

The company, which operates more than 40 acres of greenhouse production across nine U.S. states, said it will sample its regionally inspired Coastal Crunch lettuce, its salad kits and its new branded dressings that launched this winter, including Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing and Italian Herb Vinaigrette.

Gotham Greens said its salad kits feature its greenhouse-grown lettuce, flavor-packed premium toppings and fresh dressing and come in three flavors: Caesar, Southwest Ranch and Green Goddess. Its new salad dressings are farm fresh and minimally processed, remaining uncooked and never heated to preserve flavor and nutritional value. Its Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing is made with 100% avocado oil and combines the cool creaminess of avocado with a bright pop of lime. Its Italian Herb Vinaigrette has no added sugar and is packed with basil, rosemary, and parsley and rounded out with roasted garlic and lemon.

Gotham Greens said it has quadrupled its output in its Georgia and Texas facilities since opening in 2023. The company’s leafy greens, herbs, salad kits, dressings, dips and cooking sauces are available at retailers throughout the South, including Whole Foods Market, Kroger, Harris Teeter, Publix, The Fresh Market and more.

“We’re excited to be a first-time exhibitor and we’re proud that our greenhouse-grown salad greens and herbs are always in season, regardless of the geography and weather conditions outside,” Viraj Puri, Gotham Greens co-founder and CEO, said in a news release. “Our state-of-the-art greenhouses consistently deliver high-quality, fresh and longer lasting produce to our retail, restaurants and foodservice partners throughout the South and across the country. As we enter our 14th year in operation, we are bringing the Gotham Greens brand to more grocery stores and consumers than ever before and look forward to sharing more at the show.”
