As consumer interest in whole-food nutrition continues to shape retail demand, these innovative, value-added produce standouts and fresh-focused snacks officially secured their place as winners in the 2026 Good Housekeeping Snack Awards.

For the 2026 Snack Awards, a team of registered dietitians and over 2,000 at-home taste-testers evaluated hundreds of products to find the absolute best bites on the market. We’re shining a spotlight on the standouts from the produce and snack categories. From perfectly crisp fruit innovations to clever veggie-forward bites, these award-winning treats prove that healthy and crave-worthy belong in the exact same sentence.

Wonderful Halos Mandarins and POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils

Wonderful Halos won in the produce category for the second consecutive year, highlighting Halos as an easy-win snack that is sweet, seedless and easy to peel. In fact, Halos is the most productive mandarin brand on-shelf, with the highest dollar velocity in the category and two-times higher velocity versus private label, according to the company.

POM Wonderful’s sweet, tart and ready-to-eat pomegranate arils won in the produce category for the fourth year in a row. This comes on the heels of an incredible POM arils season with a 39% increase in dollar sales, driving double-digit arils category growth, the company says.

Pure Flavor Uno Bites Nano Cucumbers

Uno Bites Nano Cucumbers were named a winner in Good Housekeeping’s 2026 Snack Awards.

This recognition reflects continued momentum behind Pure Flavor innovations designed to meet today’s shopper expectations for fresh, convenient produce options. As consumers increasingly look for simple grab-and-go choices, Uno Bites Nano Cucumbers deliver a snack-forward format that fits real life, from lunchboxes and after-school snacking to easy entertaining and on-the-go moments, according to the company.

Paired with Pure Flavor’s advanced packaging technology that helps keep Uno Bites fresher for longer, shoppers can enjoy the same crisp texture, refreshing flavor and quality experience for an extended period at home while retailers benefit from improved shelf performance and reduced shrink, the company says.

“Today’s shoppers are looking for fresh options that are genuinely convenient, and Uno Bites meet that moment,” says Julia Weber, vice president of marketing for Pure Flavor. “Being named a winner in Good Housekeeping’s 2026 Snack Awards is a meaningful milestone for our team and reinforces our commitment to purposeful innovation that makes fresh produce easier to choose, easier to enjoy and easier to fit into everyday life.”

Nichols Farms In Shell Roasted Garlic Pistachios

Nichols Farms says its In Shell Roasted Garlic Pistachios were named winners in Good Housekeeping’s 2026 Snack Awards.

This marks the second consecutive year the family’s pistachios have been recognized by Good Housekeeping, with its No Shell Organic Hot Honey and No Shell Organic Rosemary Garlic pistachios named winners in 2025.

The continued recognition reflects the growing demand within the snacking industry for foods that support consumers’ health with an increasing focus on protein and fiber content. The company says pistachios align with this demand perfectly, offering consumers a satiating, high-protein, high-fiber snack option with low sugar and healthy fats that can aid in digestion and help stabilize blood sugar levels. Each serving of pistachios contains 6 grams of complete plant-based protein and 3 grams of fiber.

“Being recognized by Good Housekeeping for the second consecutive year is especially meaningful for our family and our team,” says Jeff Nichols, vice president of supply chain and grower relations for Nichols Farms. “It reflects the care we put into every batch and the continued momentum behind pistachios as consumers look for snacks that deliver both nutrition and bold flavor.”

Yo Quiero Black Bean Dip Named Winner

Yo Quiero says its Black Bean Dip has been named a winner in the 2026 Good Housekeeping Best Snack Awards under the Dips and Spreads category.

“We’re honored to once again be recognized by one of the most trusted names in consumer media,” says Tara Murray, vice president of marketing for Yo Quiero. “Our Black Bean Dip is a great example of what we strive to bring to the category: bold flavor, approachable ingredients and versatile dips that make everyday snacking more exciting. As shoppers continue looking for snacks that deliver more, Black Bean Dip offers a craveable way to bring plant-based protein and quality snacking together.”
