Dole Fresh Vegetables Inc. is recalling H-E-B brand Tuscan Herb Salad Kits shipped to stores in Texas because of possible undeclared allergens.

Dole issued the recall after including the incorrect pack with salad dressing and toppings in the salad. Peanut, wheat, soy and tree nuts were ingredients in the packs, according to a news release. No illnesses or allergic reactions have been reported in connection with the recall, according to the March 6 release.

The Tuscan salad’s Universal Product Code is 0-41220-40989-1, and the codes on the packaging (upper right on the front) are B055014 and B055015. The salads have a best-by date of March 11.
