Beautiful, produce-filled dishes are inspiring to look at on TikTok, Instagram, magazines and cookbooks, but when it comes down to it, the reality is based on time, money and family.

To help, the seasonal shift from winter to spring has The Giant Co.’s team of dietitians presenting a new crop of free virtual classes for families and home cooks of all ages.

“With busy schedules and stretched food budgets, we are all looking for solutions for time-saving and affordable meals,” Holly Doan, a registered dietitian with The Giant Co., said in a news release. “Our dietitians are dedicated to making real-life wellbeing easier for families, offering fresh ideas and inspiration all month long that anyone can easily tackle in their own kitchen.”
