Total Quality Logistics, Cincinnati, has been named to Fortune Magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2020.

It’s the second year in a row the company has made the list, rising six spots to No. 78 this year, according to a news release.

“We take great pride at TQL in developing relationships with our customers and carriers, but it starts with our employees,” TQL President Kerry Byrne said in the release. “We’re incredibly honored by this recognition because it’s further evidence we have created a culture that customers, carriers and employees are all proud to be associated with.”

The freight brokerage company sponsors numerous employee engagements each year, including TQL Cares volunteer and donation matching program.

The company has 57 U.S. offices.
