Sun-Maid Offers new options for Halloween

Fresno, Calif.-based Sun-Maid is introducing new flavors and packaging for its yogurt-covered raisins.

Sun-Maid is offering its peanut butter flavor for both chocolate and peanut butter yogurt as well as PB&J (peanut butter and jelly) flavor mashups, according to a news release.

Sun-Maid also is releasing limited edition glow-in-the-dark packaging for its Sour Raisin Snacks in a variety of flavors, and yogurt covered raisins, according to the release,

The new combinations are the company’s first new yogurt covered raisin offerings of 2020 and make up part of 10 kid-friendly flavors in Sun-Maid’s mix of yogurt-covered raisins, according to the release.

The release said the new mashups are available at retailers nationwide, including Kroger and Ahold.

Glowing

The limited-edition, glow-in-the-dark packaging is available for sour raisin snacks and yogurt covered raisin variety packs, according to the release. The Halloween-themed sour raisin snacks come in 24 pouches, the release said, with 12 strawberry and 12 blue raspberry flavors. Sun-Maid yogurt covered raisin snacks for Halloween are available in a box of 18 pouches, including chocolate and vanilla covered raisins. Available via Walmart.com and Amazon.com, the packages feature bats that glow in the dark.
