Cincinnati-based freight-brokerage firm Total Quality Logistics’ less-than-truckload (LTL) customers now can manage their freight by computer or phone, with recent enhancements to TQL TRAX, the company’s website application and mobile app.
TRAX recently added options to quote, tender and track LTL shipments to its web-based portal, giving customers the ability to manage their freight from the moment the load is tendered to the point of delivery. They can choose carriers from a list of recommended options, according to a news release.
“The latest TQL TRAX update gives customers unprecedented visibility and access to their shipments,” TQL President Kerry Byrne said in the release.
TQL has offered TRAX since September 2015. Thousands of customers use the mobile app each month, the company said.
