Peter died on Sept. 25, 2025 after spending his life improving his family’s farm and working to better New York apple and wider agricultural industries.
Hollay, the director of government relations for the International Fresh Produce Association, will become the National Council of Agricultural Employers’ new president and CEO as Michael Marsh retires.
The company will showcase its Big Bend Beefs, which honors the Big Bend region of West Texas where the tomatoes are grown, at the IFPA Global Produce and Floral Show.
