Denver-based Big Sky Trading is expanding its organic offerings, said J.T. Pickett, general operations manager and organic produce buyer.

“That used to be a very small part of our business, but it’s been about a third of our business for the last two years,” he said.

Organic demand continues to increase, Pickett said.
