Pom Wonderful kicks off campaign with Lola the Sloth

Pom Wonderful’s Antioxidant Super Tea headed to the barre over the Memorial Day weekend to kick off its latest campaign: Some Things Are Better Together.

The digital promotion, aimed at millennial consumers, features funny graphics of animals in unlikely situations — such as a cat on a Roomba robotic vaccuum — to illustrate things that are better when put together, such as Pom Wonderful juice and tea, according to a news release.

To launch the campaign, Pom Wonderful hosted a Sloth Barre class at Barre Belle studio in Los Angeles featuring Lola the Sloth, who became a viral sensation after actress Kristen Bell met her on “The Ellen Show,” according to the release.

Human attendees of the class included actress Ali Landry and “The Bachelor” star Ashley Iaconnetti, according to the release.

The sloth-barre class combination was an example of things that are better together, according to the release.

The campaign is active on Facebook and Instagram, according to the release, and Wonderful is also using Instagram Stories and branded Snapchat posts for the first time.

Social media influencers will also provide partnered content throughout the summer, according to the release.
