How to autumn: Pick apples with Eastern Produce Council

This is one of the most fall activities you can do in the Northeast: Go apple picking, complete with hayrides and apple cider.

Members of the New Providence, N.J.-based Eastern Produce Council are invited to register for the 5th Annual Joe DeLorenzo Family Apple Picking Event 10 a.m. to noon Eastern, Sept. 21, at Melick’s Cider Mill and Orchard in Oldwick, N.J.

Participants are encouraged to bring their families to enjoy the event, according to a news release from the Eastern Produce Council.
