Fresh Solutions Network, the creators of Side Delights potatoes, is launching two new additions to its Flavorables line.

The new seasoning blends are Salt & Pepper with Parsley and Smokey BBQ, according to a news release.

The items will be introduced at the Produce Marketing Association’s Fresh Summit Convention & Expo, at the Fresh Solutions Network booth (#2933).

Side Delights Flavorables are triple-washed petite potatoes featuring sachets of delicious, gluten-free, vegan spice blends, according to the release.

Available in a one-pound microwaveable, recyclable tray, these two new seasoning blends expand the product line’s current lineup of Chimichurri Seasoning (roasted garlic, cilantro, and lemon) and Smokin’ Tomato (roasted tomatoes, garlic and chives). Salt & Pepper with Parsley and Smokey BBQ were inspired by the most popular current potato chip flavors, another favorite tailgating accompaniment.

“Flavorables provide convenience shoppers with a fast, on-trend way to serve fresh potatoes via packaging that attracts their attention on the shelf and increases store sales, “ Kathleen Triou, president & CEO for Fresh Solutions Network, said in the release. “Consumers crave tasty, fast and easy ways to prepare fresh potatoes, and we are confident that these bold, popular, new flavors will win them over - and will pair perfectly with their favorite grilling proteins of tailgating season.”
