The four half-day sessions, Oct. 19-22, are sponsored by the National Farmers Union. The course features training materials designed to standardize food safety auditors’ use and expectations of the combined Pre- and Post-harvest Harmonized Standards, according to a news release.

Presenters scheduled for the training are:

  • Rebecca Anderson, technical key account manager of North America for GobalG.A.P.;
  • Steve Warshawer, senior technical advisor at Winrock International;
