Birko’s Kelly Green named to CSU ag leadership group

Kelly Green, president and chairwoman of Birko Corp., is a new member of the AgIndustry Leadership Council at Colorado State University.

Kelly Green, president and chairwoman of Birko Corp., is a new member of the AgIndustry Leadership Council at Colorado State University.

Green, third generation owner of the food safety solutions Henderson, Colo., company, will work with the university’s Agricultural Sciences to increase the college’s presence globally and in the agricultural industry, according to a news release.

Green received Master of Business Administration and bachelor’s degree from CSU and has been on the university’s Executive MBA Board. She was named a Woman of Influence in the Food Industry by The Griffin Report of Food Marketing in 2014.
