MONTEREY, CALIF. — Finally. Foodservice is open and raring to go, and so was the Produce Marketing Association’s annual show in its breezy, beachy, enviable locale.

Here’s a taste of what we saw, who we talked to and where we buzzed around at PMA’s Foodservice Conference & Expo July 21-22.
