  • Hong Kong Supermarket, Hawaiian Gardens, California - On April 24, 2020 the USDA announced that Super HK HG LLC, d/b/a Hong Kong Supermarket, satisfied a reparation order in the amount of $4,774 issued under the PACA involving unpaid produce transactions. The Hawaiian Gardens, Calif., company can continue operating in the produce industry upon applying for and being issued a PACA license. Myint J. Kyaw was listed as a member of the business and may now be employed by or affiliated with any PACA licensee.

  • Produce Network Inc, The, Miami, Florida - On April 27, 2020 the USDA imposed sanctions on Cruisin’ On Inc., doing business as The Produce Network (Cruisin’) and Diamond Produce Wholesalers & Packers Inc. (Diamond) Miami, Fla, for failing to meet its contractual obligations to the sellers of produce it purchased. Cruisin’ and Diamond failed to pay $1,135,650 to four sellers for produce that was purchased, received and accepted in interstate and foreign commerce from May 2016 to September 2017. Cruisin’ and Diamond cannot operate in the produce industry until March 4, 2022, and then only after they apply for and are issued a new PACA license by USDA.

  • Rosie Produce, Forest Park, Georgia is a new Wholesaler to the Market.
