Minkus Family Farms, New Hampton, N.Y., has almost completed a facility expansion.

“It’s just under a 40,000-square-foot addition to our packing facility,” said Dylan Dembeck, director of operations.

The expansion includes a cold storage warehouse, more packing lines and a larger breakroom.

In 2015, the company built a large packaging warehouse for its yellow and red onions.
