PACA order lifted on Spring Creek Produce

Spring Creek Produce LLC, Greenfield, Tenn., has satisfied a reparation order issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act.

Spring Creek Produce LLC, Greenfield, Tenn., has satisfied a reparation order issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act.

The USDA recently listed Spring Creek Produce in a news release among companies that were sanctioned under PACA.

“Subsequent to the notification of the imposition of sanctions on June 26, 2019, USDA learned that the Greenfield, Tenn., company had met its obligations,” according to a July 12 news release from the USDA.

The company, and members of the business, listed as Bobby Callins, Steven Willis Jr., Phil Gordon and Chris Gordon Davis, are free of PACA sanctions and may be employed by or affiliated with any PACA licensees, according to the release.
