Dave Wilson Nursery — a grower of fruit, nut and ornamental trees — says it is promoting a longtime employee and adding new talent to fill key leadership positions.

“We are rooted in tradition but investing heavily in the future,” says CEO Seana Day. “By strengthening our leadership team, we’re better equipped to meet the evolving needs of orchardists, retailers, and home gardeners across the country.”

The company says the new management team is ready to do business with the next generation of growers and customers. These new leaders include Kristin Camarena, promoted to wholesale division director; Lloyd Cassidy, joining as territory manager for garden center sales; and Brandi Rohr, who brings deep experience to the team.

Camarena has more than a decade of nursery operations experience and a proven track record of strategic leadership, the company says. She drove cross-functional alignment between sales, production, finance and fulfillment to ensure scalable growth and deliver top-tier customer experiences. In her new role, she will focus on expanding Dave Wilson Nursery’s footprint, bringing new varieties to market and helping customers meet their business goals.

Dave Wilson Nursery says Cassidy’s addition expands its capacity to serve independent garden centers with tailored support and strategic merchandising. With more than 35 years of experience in the horticulture industry, Cassidy has expertise spanning stone fruit, nut trees, citrus and grapes. His insights into consumer trends will help garden centers thrive in a competitive retail environment, the company says.

Rohr is a veteran horticulture professional with more than 30 years of experience in wholesale, retail and agricultural nursery sales. A certified arborist and former environmental consultant, Rohr brings a deep understanding of plant science, sourcing and landscape design. She is known for her ability to translate technical expertise into actionable guidance for farmers, landscapers and retailers, the company says.

These leadership appointments are part of a broader transformation at Dave Wilson Nursery, which it says are aimed at modernizing operations and enhancing customer support.

“Growing trees for commercial and residential orchards requires a relentless commitment to quality, and these experienced professionals will help us continue to deliver quality trees people can count on to grow their businesses,” Day says.
