Veteran marketing leader joins NatureSweet

New Chief Marketing Officer Tobi Paul’s over 25 years of experience includes expertise in e-commerce, digital strategy and omnichannel marketing.

San Antonio-based NatureSweet has hired Tobianne “Tobi” Paul as chief marketing officer.

The vertically integrated controlled environment agriculture company says Paul’s more than 25 years of experience includes expertise in e-commerce, digital strategy and omnichannel marketing.

Paul has had a key role in transforming companies across diverse sectors, from established consumer brands to emerging startups, says NatureSweet, which added that she spearheaded growth for a publicly traded consumer products company, leveraging her deep understanding of consumer needs and digital ecosystems to deliver exceptional results.

“Tobi’s track record of building strong, consumer-centric brands speaks for itself,” NatureSweet President and CEO Rodolfo Spielmann said in a news release. “Her data-driven approach and results-oriented mindset will be instrumental in driving efficiency and supporting NatureSweet’s continued growth.”

Before joining NatureSweet, Paul served as CEO and CMO for several online retailers across industries ranging from food to building materials.
