Wilcox Fresh welcomes new CEO

Rexburg, Idaho-based Floyd Wilcox & Sons Inc. (dba Wilcox Fresh) has named Justin Reynolds as the company’s new CEO.

Rexburg, Idaho-based Floyd Wilcox & Sons Inc. (dba Wilcox Fresh) has named Justin Reynolds as the company’s new CEO.

“We are excited to bring Justin into our Wilcox family, his presence will help ensure the continuity and cohesion of our business as we grow into the next generation,” company president Lynn Wilcox said in a news release.

As CEO, Reynolds will work closely with the owners and executive team to build the business, according to the release.

Prior to joining Wilcox Fresh, Reynolds served as the chief financial officer for a specialized chip potato company headquartered in Idaho with operations in several other states, according to the release. Earlier in his career, he worked in ag-focused financial services with Northwest Farm Credit Services.

Reynolds earned his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University – Idaho and his MBA at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho.
