DiSilva Fruit says retailers can expect high-quality imported citrus this summer from June to October.

These include navels from South Africa and Chile; mandarins from Peru, Uruguay, South Africa and Chile; and lemons from Argentina, Chile and Mexico, according to a news release.

“Early indications from our grower partners in the Southern Hemisphere show a strong season ahead with excellent opportunities for summer promotions,” said Alden Guptill, sales manager for DiSilva Fruit.

The company said it will offer mandarins, navels and lemons in 3-pound and 4-pound consumer packages and standard citrus cartons. The company will also offer lemons in 5-pound, 2-pound and 1-pound consumer packages.
