Side Delights has spud sides for the Fourth of July

According to a news release from San Francisco-based Side Delights, USA Today found consumers rank potato salad in their top five choices for Fourth of July foods.
The company put a patriotic spin on the idea with a recipe for Red White and Blue Potato Salad, and spuds get in on the grilling action with a recipe for Grilled Potato and Arugula Salad.
"While shoppers head to their favorite stores to select the perfect items for the holiday barbecue, they’re also looking for foods that save time,” Kathleen Triou, president and CEO of Side Delights marketer Fresh Solutions Network, said in the release.
Side Delights offers Steamables microwaveable potatoes as well, which can save cooking time and help avoid heating up the kitchen in the summer.
The company also offers additional fresh-cut, convenience and potato kit products.
