Avocados From Peru is teaming with the Indianapolis Colts and existing Colts’ partner Meijer for a football-season sweepstakes that it says puts fresh avocados, game-day guacamole and three standout prizes at the center of the fan experience in a market hungry for avocado promotion.

The centerpiece of the collaboration is the AVO-Colts Sweepstakes, running Aug. 21 through Oct. 5, 2026. Fans can enter for the opportunity to win a custom 2026 Toyota Tacoma, a $2,000 Meijer gift card or a VIP Colts experience.

Three semifinalists will be invited to Lucas Oil Stadium on Oct. 18, when the Colts host the Tennessee Titans to compete in a special game-day challenge to determine who wins the custom Tacoma.

“We are extremely proud to join the Indianapolis Colts and Meijer in bringing together football, healthy eating and unforgettable fan experiences,” says Xavier Equihua, president and CEO of Avocados from Peru. “Indiana represents a tremendous growth opportunity because consumers have historically seen relatively few avocado promotions. Together, we can make avocados — and especially guacamole — an even bigger part of the Midwest’s football tradition.”

The Colts say the partnership will offer an incredible fan experience.

“The Colts are excited to welcome Avocados from Peru to this collaboration alongside our valued partner in Meijer,” says Roger VanDerSnick, chief commercial officer of the Indianapolis Colts. “The promotion combines football, the ultimate superfood and an extraordinary experience for our fans. We look forward to welcoming the three semifinalists to Lucas Oil Stadium and seeing one lucky fan drive away in this unique Colts Toyota Tacoma.”

The Michigan-based Meijer supermarket chain, which operates dozens of locations in Indiana, says it looks forward to connecting with consumers around avocados and the Colts.

“As a proud partner of the Indianapolis Colts, we are excited to welcome Avocados from Peru to be a part of the Colts’ highly anticipated season,” says Melissa Conway, director of community partnerships and giving at Meijer. “Avocados are nutritious, versatile and perfect for game-day gatherings, and this partnership gives us another memorable way to engage with our customers and Colts fans this fall.”

To enter, fans must register at Colts.com/AvoColts and follow @AvosFromPeru and @MeijerStores on Instagram by Oct. 5, 2026. No purchase is necessary.

Complete eligibility requirements and official Rules are available at Colts.com/AvoColts.
