Sunkist Growers, Valencia, Calif., has hired Anne Goltz as senior manager of business development.

She has more than 20 years of produce industry sales experience, according to a news release. Most recently, she was in charge of the Wonderful Citrus foodservice program, where she was for 14 years. Before that, she was in sales at Bee Sweet Citrus and was a buyer at Kroger.

“She has had an illustrious career in produce and has been known to help respond to the changing needs of customers within our industry,” Christian Harris, chief operating officer at Sunkist, said in the release. “She is very high energy and an excellent addition to our team.”

In the release, Goltz said she has worked with many Sunkist colleagues in previous roles, and was attracted to the level of customer service Sunkist.

“Produce is a small industry, and as you can imagine, many of us have either sold produce to or bought fruit from Anne over the years,” Jeff Gaston, managing director of North American sales. “Anne is exceptionally talented, and we’re delighted to have her on our team.”
