The Packer's editor-in-chief Tom Karst spoke with McEntire about the leafy greens traceability pilots conducted recently to 1) give the industry a better understanding of how traceback works when an outbreak is being investigated and 2) determine the usefulness of the Produce Traceback Template, a resource generated by the industry's Romaine Task Force.
