After several years of growth, Divine Flavor LLC, Nogales, Ariz., is in a great position to offer outstanding customer service, said Carlos Bon, vice president of sales.

“We spend a lot of resources on areas of opportunity creating improvement in the way we communicate internally with our growers, the way we plant and harvest, our quality control measures and improving our operations to service our customers and growers better,” Bon said.

The firm strives for more than just being a bigger company, he said.

“We have assembled a great roster of sales experts who are specialists in what they do, and a big part of the part of creating opportunity comes from their knowledge and expertise.”
