Lipman Family Farms to highlight fresh-cut produce at IFPA’s Foodservice Show
Immokalee, Fla.-based Lipman Family Farms will be showcasing their growing category of value-added Lipman Fresh-Cuts at the International Fresh Produce Association’s Foodservice Conference.
“Fresh-cut produce has become a great option for restaurant and foodservice partners looking to simplify their operations,” Darren Micelle, president of value-added services, said in a news release. “With increasing labor costs, restaurant operators can turn to us for assistance in back-of-house preparation of ingredients so they can overall improve their consumer experience.”
Lipman Fresh-Cuts are processed out in six facilities across North America, the release said.
With a strong sourcing network and control of the supply, Lipman Family Farms supports foodservice and retail customers with the supplier’s core product line of tomatoes, onions, and dry vegetables, the release said.
At booth No. 100 at the Foodservice Conference, Lipman Family Farms will feature a fresh produce dish to taste and enjoy at the event, inspired by their Summer 2022 culinary newsletter, NewsBites, the release said.
