California Citrus Mutual is teaming with JCS Marketing Inc. for the 2023 California Citrus Showcase.

The partnership creates a growth opportunity for both organizations and helps broaden the showcase, which will provide more educational, networking and promotional opportunities, according to a news release.

“This collaboration with JCS Marketing Inc. allows us to give the industry a higher level of content, expand the showcase offerings and deliver a much-needed expanded agenda to educate the citrus industry on critical topics that will help growers and processors make business decisions,” California Citrus Mutual President and CEO Casey Creamer said in the release.

He added that JCS Marketing will assist with sales of exhibits, sponsorships, registration and promotions for the conference.

“Working with Casey and his team is a true honor, and I look forward to adding to all the great elements that Citrus Showcase will offer,” Jason Scott, CEO of JCS Marketing, said in the release. “We plan to deliver the industry a well-organized event that they can be proud of and take part in for the years to come.”

JCS Marketing's track record of delivering events to the agriculture industry includes the Crop Consultant Conference and California Walnut Conference, as well as other successful trade shows throughout the Golden State, according to the release.

The California Citrus Showcase is scheduled for March 9, 2023, in Visalia, Calif. The event will include continuing education unit-approved courses, a growing trade show and an industry lunch with special guest Gregg Doud, vice president of global situational awareness and chief economist for Aimpoint Research and a former chief agricultural negotiator for the United States Trade Representative's office. The showcase will wrap up with an industry mixer party in the afternoon.
