The 2018 Viva Fresh Produce Expo includes a wide range of educational sessions. Phil Gwoke of Bridgeworks (clockwise from top left) will speak on generational differences at the keynote luncheon. A panel on mergers and acquisitions features Jay Pack, former owner and CEO of Standard Fruit & Vegetable Co. Inc.; Joel Montminy, founder and CEO of CREO|Montminy & Co.; and Ferrell Daste, president of Agriglobe Capital LLC. Tom Edwards, chief digital and innovation office at Epsilon, will present a session on Amazon and technology, and food safety consultant Luis Alberto Cruz García will discuss food safety issues on both sides of the border.
