Avocado House Inc., Los Angeles, has satisfied a Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act reparation order.
The company paid the $8,629 it owed for produce from a seller in Arizona. The company is free to operate in the produce industry, according to a U.S. Department of Agriculture news release.
Guadalupe Salvador Vazquez, who was listed as the officer, director and major stockholder of the business, may now be employed or affiliated with a PACA licensee, according to the release.
