Los Angeles-based The Wonderful Co. LLC experienced its best year ever in 2018 with dollar sales up 6% versus the previous year, said Charlotte Mostaed, director of marketing.

“We are the only brand in the category that offers three different ways to enjoy the antioxidant goodness of pomegranates,” she said – whole, fresh pomegranates, Pom Poms arils and Pom Wonderful 100% pomegranate juices.

The company is supporting the category with a multi-million-dollar marketing campaign that includes TV, print, digital media, influencer programs, retailer ads, in-store materials, more than 300 million coupons in Sunday circulars and a team of more than 300 merchandisers visiting stores every day, she said.
