Chocolate Avocado Delight and several new salsas are on the way from Russ Davis Wholesale, Wadena, Minn., said vice president Pat Miller.
Chocolate Avocado Delight, made from fresh avocados and cocoa, is a great source of fiber, protein and healthy fats, he said.
And it’s quite versatile.
It can be frozen, spread on toast or used as a dip for strawberries and pineapple, for example.
The company also plans to launch a number of Crazy Fresh seasonal salsas: Honeycrisp Apple Salsa, Cranberry Salsa and Pomegranate Salsa along with Quick & Easy Microwavable Side Dishes.
“Adding items like this will continue to keep Crazy Fresh Produce on the cutting-edge of value-added fruit and veggies,” Miller said.
