Mike Needham will be the new senior vice president of purchasing and logistics at foodservice distributor Ben E. Keith Foods, succeeding the retiring Andy McCaskill.

McCaskill plans to retire in mid-July after 36 years at Ben E. Keith, according to a news release.

Jerry DuBose will take over Needham’s role as general manager of the Gulf Coast Region. He has been the assistant general manager of that division since 2014.

McCaskill has been involved with most areas of the company since joining the Dallas purchasing department in 1982. He has been director of Grocery, vice president of Grocery Non-Foods and vice president of Purchasing, according to the release.

Needham joined Ben E. Keith in 1991, and has been in a variety of sales and purchasing managerial positions in the Oklahoma and San Antonio divisions, including manager of the San Antonio division from 2008-14, according to the release.

Dubose joined the company in 1996 as a district sales representative, and was promoted to district sales manager and then director of sales training.
