CPMA releases trade show numbers

Organizers of the 94th annual Canadian Produce Marketing Association Convention and Trade Show, kicking off April 2 in Montreal, Quebec, released key numbers of the coming show.

Organizers of the 94th annual Canadian Produce Marketing Association Convention and Trade Show, kicking off April 2 in Montreal, Quebec, released key numbers of the coming show. According to a news release, there are:

  • 535 exhibit spaces (10-by-10 feet) on the trade show floor;
  • More than 300 exhibiting companies;
  • 143 international exhibitors;
  • 132 Canadian exhibitors;
  • 39 first-time exhibitors;
  • 39 companies participating in the new product showcase; and
  • 1,834 followers of @CPMA_ACDFL on Twitter.

Each first-time exhibiting company that is a new CPMA member will have a floor decal in front of its booth so attendees can welcome it to the show and association. The association created @CPMA_ACDFL as its Twitter handle and suggests that participants use the hashtag #CPMA2019.

Exhibit space is sold out, but registration to attend is available.

Produce retailers and foodservice operators can get free trade show vouchers ($300 value) by registering online.
