Brent Young joins Seven Seas in California office

Seven Seas has hired Brent Young as manager of sales in its Visalia, Calif., office.

Seven Seas has hired Brent Young as manager of sales in its Visalia, Calif., office.

Young was born in and grew up in Visalia. Most recently, he was an account manager for A. Duda & Sons Inc. in Visalia, where he worked for seven years. Before that, he was a sales associate at Foodsource Monterey for about seven years.

“Young has a proven track record in the grower-shipper segment that is enhanced by his expertise in implementing commodity and logistics solutions for domestic and international accounts,” according to a news release.

“In an effort to support our growth initiatives, we feel Brent’s past experience, tenacity, and proven sales skills will be valuable assets as we embark towards an even stronger presence in the citrus industry,” Brent Scattini, vice president of West Coast for Seven Seas, said in the release.
