Category Partners promotes Cara Ammon in research role

Cara Ammon has been promoted to senior vice president of research and market intel at Category Partners, Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Cara Ammon has been promoted to senior vice president of research and market intel at Category Partners, Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Ammon joined Category Partners in 2017 as director of research, according to a news release.

CEO Tom Barnes said Ammon has demonstrated leadership, teamwork and strategic thinking since she joined the company.

“When Cara joined our team two and a half years ago, she brought with her a wealth of experience, credibility and smarts,” Barnes said in the release. “Since then, Cara has been much more than an excellent consumer and market researcher.”

Ammon has developed the company’s Consumer Perspectives e-mail series and identified new sources of data and research methods to help clients succeed in the changing retail environment, according to the release.
