PSM hires sales and marketing exec to lead nationwide expansion

Preferred Sales & Marketing, a provider of sales and marketing services in fresh produce and food brands, has named Paulina Villarreal national sales manager.

Preferred Sales & Marketing, a provider of sales and marketing services in fresh produce and food brands, has named Paulina Villarreal national sales manager. With a strong track record of driving growth and extensive experience in the industry, Villarreal joins the San Juan Capistrano, Calif.-based PSM to spearhead the company’s strategic initiatives and nationwide expansion, according to a news release.

As the national sales manager, Villarreal will oversee all sales and marketing activities across the nation, working closely with industry partners and the PSM team to develop and execute innovative strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive distribution and increase market share, the release said.

Villarreal has successfully led sales and marketing teams in both startup and established organizations, and her “strong analytical skills and data-driven approach will ensure the optimization of sales funnels and the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns to maximize ROI,” the release said.

“With her strategic vision and expertise, we are confident that Paulina will take our sales and marketing efforts to new heights. She is well-equipped to drive customer-centric strategies that align with PSM’s mission and values,” Kristyn Lawson, PSM CEO and president, said in the release.

Villarreal attended the University of Monterrey in Mexico, where she demonstrated leadership, passion for nutrition and wellness, and a deep understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics, the release said.
