Rachel Giese joins Polar King in customer service

Cooler and freezer manufacturer Polar King International has hired Rachel Giese as a customer service agent.

Cooler and freezer manufacturer Polar King International has hired Rachel Giese as a customer service agent.

Giese who has customer service experience at Partstown/Heritage Parts and Transmission and Fluid Equipment, will be based at Polar King’s Fort Wayne, Ind., headquarters, according to a news release.

“Rachel has responsibilities for customer service, parts identification and technical support,” Dave Schenkel, Polar King president, said in the release. “Our growing business underscores the need for people like Rachel who have a proven track record for outstanding customer service.”
